Week of February 21: Room to Grow

Until now, Supanova was one workspace per account. That changes this week. The platform is now built for the way organizations actually work—multiple teams, multiple contexts, room to expand.

What's New

Multiple Workspaces

You can now create and switch between multiple workspaces from a single account. Each workspace has its own atoms, projects, and knowledge base. If you run different business units, client engagements, or internal initiatives, they no longer have to share a single space. A new workspace switcher makes moving between them instant.

Departments

Workspaces now support departments—organizational units that let you group projects and atoms by function. Sales, Engineering, Operations, whatever your structure looks like. Departments have their own settings zone in the workspace, giving you cleaner control as your AI workforce grows.

Add-On Billing

Need more from a specific capability? Add-ons let you purchase additional capacity on top of your current tier. The billing experience handles it cleanly—pick what you need, and it's active immediately. No plan changes, no support tickets.

Ellis in Your Browser

Last week we introduced Ellis by phone. This week, she's in the browser too. A new voice onboarding session runs directly inside Supanova using the ElevenLabs SDK—no phone call required. Same conversation, same depth, just one less step between you and getting started.

Atoms That Search the Web

Your atoms can now search the web while working on a task. When an atom detects that a task would benefit from fresh information, it flags the opportunity and asks for your go-ahead. You can also enable web search on any task manually. The results feed directly into the atom's reasoning, so the output reflects what's actually happening—not just what's in the knowledge base.

Team Collaboration Preview

We're building multi-user collaboration into Supanova. It's not ready yet, but you can now sign up for early access directly from the platform. When it launches, you'll be first in.

Under the Hood

New tasks are now auto-assigned the moment they're created, so nothing sits unowned. Project timelines include real deadlines that carry through from generation to execution. The onboarding email pipeline has been fully restored and hardened, and workspace owners now receive a notification when someone redeems their access code.

Thirty-eight weeks in. This was an infrastructure week—the kind that doesn't just add features but changes what the platform is capable of becoming. More workspaces, more structure, more room. See you next Friday.
