Week of June 7: Your Workforce, Out Loud

Last week your workforce became yours to build. This week, it becomes yours to talk to.

For a year you've typed every instruction. Now the keyboard steps aside: you can talk to your workforce, brief it out loud the way you'd brief a real team. Voice Mode is the biggest interaction change yet — a full-screen command center you run hands-free — and that's just the headline.

What's New

Voice Mode

Open Voice Mode and your atoms hear the same context you do, so what you say turns into work immediately. Ask where a project stands and hear live progress. Hand off a task mid-conversation and keep moving, no keyboard in the loop. The keyboard was always a middleman. Now there isn't one.

Mission Capture Tunes Itself

Mission Capture now runs an optimization loop of its own, watching how your recurring workflows actually perform and tuning itself to get sharper over time. And you can watch a new workflow run in simulation before it ever touches real work — so you're never guessing how your workforce will behave, and nothing catches you off guard.

Crew, Redesigned

The Crew page you met last week already got a ground-up redesign, and building a custom atom is now faster and clearer — fewer steps from idea to a working teammate. New atoms start at the right level and pick up a role derived from your brief, so a hand-built atom arrives ready to contribute instead of needing setup.

Standalone Tasks, Straight to the Detail

Drop a standalone task and jump straight to it from anywhere — one link right to the work, and assignment is more durable so nothing gets dropped on its way to an atom.

Under the Hood

Success rates report accurately across your dashboards and roster counts stay correct as your crew changes. Clearing a project selection is snappier too — tap Escape to clear it instantly.

Fifty-three weeks in. Your workforce was yours to build — now it's yours to talk to. See you next Sunday.
