Last week was about checking the work. This week is about what is already underway by the time you get there.

Your workspace is working before you open it

A new workspace no longer sits empty waiting for a first instruction. Its opening projects get built, approved, and launched, and its first tasks are already running before anyone signs in.

For example: A workspace set up around a grocery pilot came back with unit economics, basket pricing, and a capital gate, named and scoped the way the work actually divides.

None of it touches your money. Setup now carries a server-issued authorization that bills Supanova rather than your wallet or your plan usage, and that covers the research and the training behind it, including workspaces running on their own provider key (aka under Bring Your Own Key plan).

Capacity you can divide

If your plan funds an account with multiple workspaces, rather than a single workspace, the new Plan Allocation panel gives every workspace on that account a handle.

The handles always total one hundred percent, each shows the amount it represents, and you can pin one so the others absorb a change. This enables a single billing experience for unlimited workspaces and departments within an account.

Dynamic Model Selection also gained a reset control for everything the engine has learned, and a padlock on any level you want held exactly where you put it.

A locked level does not move when you save a band, and the card names the model the engine would have picked instead of yours.

Hand it off from your phone

Open the hand-off sheet on your phone and type whatever is in your head, or hold the mic and say it. One thing or twelve things, in whatever order they arrived. Dictation is the same one you already use on a project brief, and the words appear as you speak them rather than all at once at the end.

There is no minimum length, no confirmation screen, and no shape you have to put it in first.

Your workforce autonomatically reads it, splits it, and builds each item as its own project. You watch them land in a list as they are created. Tap a row and it opens in place.

Tap Start, or skip it and keep walking the list. Close the app mid list and the walk is still there when you come back.

Something that listens while you work

Two voice products are now wired end to end.

Meeting Coach runs in your phone's browser and starts silent every time. Signals, summaries, and exports come from the server's own record of what was said, not from anything the browser claims. With transcripts off, the text lives in an encrypted buffer just long enough to produce the summary you asked for, and is then destroyed.

Ambient Work-Along runs in your desktop browser and never speaks. It opens from inside Voice Mode and unmounts completely when you leave. It writes observations, and you decide one by one which to keep.

Reshape a plan and the plan keeps up

Add or delete a task or a subtask inside a project and your workforce automatically rewrites what is left.

Delete B from A to B to C and you get A to C. Delete a parent and its children are promoted rather than orphaned.

Deleted scope stays deleted and does not reappear in the next round of planning. On desktop you get eight seconds to undo.

The result reads like a document

Task output used to arrive as raw Markdown, asterisks and hyphens included. It now renders as an authored document with a comfortable measure, in standalone tasks, the legacy task panel, and recurring run decisions.

Copying still gives you the original source.

Bare links inside a deliverable read as their hostname. Highlight a passage anywhere a deliverable appears and Comment, Task, and Project are all there, on desktop and on mobile. There is a thumbs control at the end of the document, and it shares one answer with the Tasks view.

Under the Hood

The "Spent this month" figure was stopping at a thousand records and rounding each charge before adding it up, so the total came in under what had actually been used. It now reads every event and rounds once, at the end.

The Question Universe recovered too. Skips persist, generated questions survive behind recoverable leases, and answers that never got processed are swept after every real answer.
